Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina is running for the US Senate seat currently held by Barbara Boxer. So is former Silicon Valley House representative Tom Campbell . Fiorina’s campaign has produced a video accusing Campbell of being a “fiscal conservative in name only … a wolf in sheep’s clothing.” Campbell, it’s true, played a major role in California’s spendy 2005 budget. He criticized President Bush’s tax cuts
