Adobe fires against iPad: HP Slate is where it is at

The HP Slate runs Windows 7 and handles Flash, a common slag against Apple’s tablet, the iPad.? In a new video by Adobe, the HP Slate is shown off doing some cooling things, all the time stressing that you’re getting the whole web, not a closed off, hacked together, 2-bit version of what one company (and an army of loyal fans) want you to get.? Adobe is eager to lift up the HP Slate as a worthy competitor. Adobe uses some quick stats:? 85% of Alexa top 100 sites run Flash and 75% of all video on the web is Flash, to drive their message home.? Emphasizing Flash and Adobe Air as the platform developers bring you their vision, Adobe makes the case for developers to keep on using Flash and how Adobe is going to help power the open innovation that these devices will bring.?
