New Pantech SKY IM-U680L phone has brings a 3-inch display with a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels (WQVGA), 3 megapixel autofocus camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, T-DMB, 100MB of internal memory, and a microSD card slot. There is no external display but LEDs. Pantech SKY IM-U680L will be sale in South Korea via LG U mobile operator ( LG Telecom ). It will be come in three color themes: white, blue and pink.

Dell’s minor increase over HP’s previous offer signaled to some analysts that it may give up the battle if HP came back with a much higher offer, according to the New York Times . The battle for 3Par’s hand began last week when Dell offered to buy the company for $1.15 billion .
