Section: Communications , Cellphones , Smartphones , Mobile It looks like Palm users in Europe are in the process of getting the latest webOS update. This will bring Pre and Pixi users up to version 1.4.5. As for who has been updated, so far that list is still fairly small—O2 customers in Germany
